Our consultation facilities are separate from the hairdressing and treatment area, so you can discuss your concerns privately and in confidence.
You’ll find us at 63 St Matthews Street, next door to Francesco Hair Salon and opposite BBC Radio Suffolk.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact the clinic directly to request an appointment. Referrals from healthcare professionals are also welcome.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your initial consultation lasts up to an hour and includes a detailed history, hair and scalp examination and discussion of the findings and appropriate next steps.
Will I have to start a course of treatment?
No. There is no obligation to start treatment. Advice and treatment options are discussed with you, and any clinical treatments are charged per session.
Can I have my hair cut privately?
Yes. Our private hairdressing service is for clients experiencing hair loss who may feel anxious in a busy salon. Appointments take place in a private setting. Please contact us for a quotation.
